About the speaker
Vishal Thacker is a strategist and speaker, who helps people & organisations shape their narratives to drive more effective actions & communication. Trained in marketing & communications, he started his career as a brand strategist and in over a decade has worked with brands such as Coca Cola, Kellogg’s, Unilever, Danone, Diageo, Wipro and others. During his MBA at Esade Business School, Vishal saw first hand the impact of helping students reframe their career narratives to drive the career change they sought to make. In 2018, he pivoted to speaking in business schools and has since spoken at IMD, London Business School, Warwick, SDA Bocconi, IESE, HEC & his alma mater, Esade. He has trained over 3000 career changers, with his signature workshops & learning journey – The Story Of Your Career. Paraticipants have remarked, “It’s great to be taken on the process as opposed to just being told what to do”, and “Extremely helpful!
