Overview
The John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition (JMUCC) is an annual, multi-round case competition organized by a committee of students from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, held over a week in downtown Montreal.
Eligibility and Teams
- Open to undergraduate business students from qualifying, invited universities worldwide
- Teams are composed of four students representing their business school
- Qualifying universities must apply through the school applications process
Format
- Multi-round, week-long event challenging international teams from renowned business schools
- Three 3-hour case rounds and one signature 24-hour case, covering diverse industries and disciplines
- Cases are judged by a panel of respected judges and industry specialists from the Montreal business community
- One winning team is crowned at the end of the competition
Beyond the Competition
- Includes networking cocktails, dinners, and social events designed to bridge the academic and business worlds
- Delegates, coaches, and volunteers form a strong international community and network
- Supported by major corporate sponsors from finance, consulting, and industry sectors
